• Day 1, the first hour: Vision builds your model from the public record before the first call and reads the last 90 days of coverage. You book the call and say where signals should go: email or text.
• Day 3, first signals: each with its sources, checked again every six hours. You read one message.
• Day 10, your systems: Vision reads your CRM and inbox, read-only, and signals cite your own pipeline. You approve two connections.
• Every day: quiet by default. A short morning digest, anything urgent as it happens, and an escalation if nobody acts.

Our software exists to alleviate your workload, not to add more work.

• Self-serve, the lowest-cost option: we pull the context and use our experience and expertise to identify what matters. One call to start, then completely touchless: self-serve software as a service. For every team.
• Forward deployed engineer, quoted per project: a dedicated forward deployed engineer embeds with your team and ensures continuous operational excellence. An engineer from our team, working inside yours. For enterprise customers, and select political campaigns and non-profits.

The engineer is a choice, not a requirement. Self-serve works on its own.

Every signal shows its work

Each signal carries the sources it was read from and the date they were fetched, and is checked again as new data arrives. When Vision writes to one of your systems, the change is spelled out and a person, or an agent you named, is told.

How writes work

1. Read-only first. Vision starts by reading. Nothing is written until you turn it on.
2. One system at a time. Turn on writes for the CRM and leave the ERP read-only, or the other way round.
3. Every write spelled out. The field, the old value, the new value, and the source that justified the change.
4. Someone always knows. A person or an agent you named is notified of every write.
